Announcing the winners of our chai contest! Congratulations to jewelsy for winning first place with her fabulous Sweet and Savory Spiced Chicken! Well, this sucks. I have a bunch of yogurt recipes I’ve been wanting to post, but it’s been raining every day. Rainy days means no natural light, which means no pictures. I can never find the right time to shoot! I don’t want to have you wait any longer so maybe it’ll stop raining before I go to work at 4 PM (highly unlikely). What a calamity.

Just a quick snack I made myself to satisfy my sweet tooth. I still had an apple lying around from the Apple Chip escapade, so I chopped it up for this little morsel. It’s a slice of whole wheat toast, smothered in peanut butter and layered with sliced apples and drizzled in honey.
