Today I put a twist on a classic: peanut butter and banana sandwich. I followed the basic rules of the now popular one ingredient banana ice cream, and added in some peanut butter for both flavor and smoothness.
All you do is slice some bananas and stick them in the freezer for an hour or two. Take them out, stick them in the blender until they’re pureed and smooth. Mix in the peanut butter and serve!
For the perfect balance, add 1 tablespoon peanut butter for each 1/3 cup pureed bananas.
