Cold-brewing is such a great way to make coffee during the summer! You can cool off while keeping yourself caffeinated, and it tastes much stronger than hot coffee that’s been cooled down. The strong flavor also helps when you have to add in ice cubes! To make the frozen version, you can freeze some milk or creamer in an ice cube tray and blend it up with the brew.
I wanted a bit of a kick to my coffee, so I steeped a few bags of berry-flavored tea in the water before I added the grounds. It is absolutely delicious.
The only downside is that this takes several hours, so I recommend brewing it the night before so you can enjoy it bright and early the next day.
